Sophie was born on the 31st of January 1962 and is an English music video director. Her first taste of fame came when she worked as a third assistant on the 1984 horror; Company of Wolves. Since then she has directed over one hundred music videos working with acts like; Sophie Ellis-Bextor, No Doubt, Shakespears Sister, Blur, Eurythmics. She has won a handful of awards and is now very well known in the music video industry. Her only ambition is to continue directing to her own high standards and to never grow bored. Recently she has directed videos for Shakira, Mika, Kings of Leon, Brandon Flowers, Tom Odel and also Dixie Chicks.
